Second Round, Coaching and Winners

We have worked very hard to get where we are today, and I believe that getting this far affirms that

Each one of the 18 finalists has participated over the past three months in a coaching and preparation program for round two, in which the six definitive winners will be chosen. The finalists have received orientation and coaching on their project strategies from a business coach provided by Cartier, INSEAD or McKinsey. This coaching and support continues for a full year for those finalists that are chosen as the winners. During round two the members of the jury receive detailed business plans from the finalists and will select one winner from each region.

I would like to thank all our Womenalias out there who are making this possible. Together we are unstoppable!During the week of October 14th, during the Women's Forum in Deauville (France), the finalists will present theur projects to the awards jury. Leading up to their final presentation they will re receive targeted coaching as well as being able to take advantage of the networking and talks taking place during the forum.
The winners will be announced on October 17th, 2013.

In the words of María Gómez del Pozuelo, CEO of Womenalia, "the truth is that this is a dream come true, and in my opinion being a finalist is already a huge win. We have worked very hard to get where we are today, and I believe that getting this far is an affirmation of that. It's the recognition of all my team's hard work, the values they hold and goals they achieve every day with passion, tireless dedication and professionalism. It is the affirmation of what you already know – believing in yourself, that anything is possible, and that dreams are attainable. Lastly I'd like to thanks all our Womenalias out there who are making this possible for all of us. Together we are unstoppable!"
